Required skillset:
- Mathematical, computer science education
- Excellent analytical mind set
- Experience: modeling, IT, programming, (machine learning)
- Understanding of other IT technologies e.g. AI, big data
- Ability, energy to lead a team
- Previous experience in energetics, commodities, equities, trading … as +, but not a prerequisite
- English, Czech
- Responsibility, learning path
