What will you do?

  • Overseeing a portfolio of strategic business projects under senior management in an international and multidisciplinary environment (M&A, business development, finance, IT, marketing, etc.).
  • Design and implement Project Management Office (PMO) policies and processes, promoting consistent and effective project management practices.
  • Managing several selected projects, ensuring seamless project execution and adherence to deadlines.
  • Strategically plan project management activities, setting clear timelines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning responsibilities to team members.
  • Provide regular updates to the Board of Directors and top management, ensuring transparent project progress and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Act as the key contact for all strategic internal project stakeholders (top management, project managers, team members).

Place of work is Prague, with travels up to 30% of your work time (Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Poland).

What do we expect from you?

  • University degree.
  • Excellent English and Czech (spoken and written), German or other language is advantage.
  • Previous relevant experience in project management (PMO) or a similar role in multinational environment ideally 3 years.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, successfully navigating through complex organization, and building positive and fruitful relationships.
  • Time-management and prioritization skills, decision making ability.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, listening, and communicating effectively even in difficult situations.
  • Willigness to travel.
  • Certification in PMP or Agile/Scrum or PRINCE2 is advantage.
