ITIL Processes - IT Change Manager

Interested in working in an international team for a multi-supplier organization with flat hierarchies? Are you looking for professional challenges and personal development?  To start as soon as possible we are looking for a new colleague to join our IT Group Services department. 

In this role you will

• Manage and support the changes of Infrastructure Services in a multi-supplier organization across all geopgraphies.
• Assess changes to support a proper risk and impact analysis.
• Support and consult the change requester (service owners, projects, suppliers) to get all relevant information needed.
• Represent Infrastructure Services in the central E.ON change advisory board (CAB) and prepare required input.
• Be an active member of the E.ON global change management community covering all aspects of the process.
• Work in international improvement projects and communities.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from service and supplier management, service integration and our business areas.
• Take part in problem management investigations of critical incidents to avoid outages caused ba changes.

• you like challenges and seeking professional development
• you have professional experience in information technology, preferably experiences in change management
• you have general knowledge in IT infrastructure and are familiar with processes, methods and techniques, especially of continuis improvement of service processes
• as a candidate you rely on profound ITIL skills
• experience in agile ways of working are appreciated
• you have solid social and communication skills
• your personal qualities include a high level of motivation, a good ability to cope with pressure and a willingness to international travel
• you like to work in intercultural teams
• you have a good command of English and speaking German skills are appreciated
