Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, revision and administration of minutes of general and supervisory board meetings, decisions and resolutions of the company’s bodies.
  • Revision and creation of internal regulations, training, and overall development of compliance culture.
  • Participation in significant projects in the area of compliance and governance within the Group.
  • Identification of compliance risks and monitoring of risk exposure.
  • Assess various risks related to licenses and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain effective KYC and AML internal processes.
  • Conduct internal compliance audits and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide compliance and governance guidance.
  • Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day administration of all companies.
  • Taking care of any additional matters related to governance and compliance assistance to the companies.
  • Report compliance-related issues to senior management.
  • Participate in the development and delivery of compliance training programs.

Skills you need to have:

  • Master's degree in Law or related fields in legal.
  • English is a key for us, further languages are very welcome (German, Dutch, Polish, Italian, Spanish, Romanian, etc).
  • Knowledge of governance and corporate law (German and/or Dutch and/or Polish).
  • Experience on a similar position or position within the legal services min. 3 years (also during your studies) preferably in a multinational corporate environment is an advantage.
  • Collaborative, growth mindset colleague with practical & hands-on approach, assisting with a variety of tasks.
  • Experience in a Compliance or Governance role in the Energy or Construction sector is an advantage.
  • Team worker with sense of detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving regulatory environment.
  • Willingness to travel, active car driver
