We are now looking for ESG data analyst who will support our annual non-financial reporting for the group in line with European reporting regulations like ESRS, EU Taxonomy and others.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ESG within a multinational environment, contributing directly to our sustainability strategy and compliance efforts across multiple countries.
Main areas of responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, and consolidate ESG data from multiple entities and systems.
- Analyze non-financial data to support reporting, strategy development, and decision-making.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ESG data reporting tools and dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
- Support the creation of ESG reports and disclosures in line with regulatory and voluntary frameworks.
- Maintain process documentation and internal controls related to ESG data management.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external consultants to ensure consistent ESG data practices.
- Contribute to carbon footprint calculations and identify opportunities for emissions reduction.
Your Profile:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position & a degree in Data Analytics, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning).
- Working knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience in preparing clear outputs based on large data sets.
- Consulting approach when involving internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) as data sources is a plus.
- Experience or interest in ESG/sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., ESRS, EU Taxonomy)
- English is a must, advanced level.
- German – a big advantage.
- Willingness to travel.
- Driving licence - Active driver.
