Are you passionate about sustainability and ready to make a real impact? Elevion Group is looking for an ESG Specialist who will support our annual non-financial reporting for the group in line with European reporting regulations like ESRS, EU Taxonomy and others.
This is your chance to gain deep ESG expertise in a multinational setting, working across diverse teams and markets to help shape our sustainability strategy and reporting practices.
Main areas of responsibilities:
- Support in collecting ESG data across different companies, ensuring quality and accurate inputs for reports and analyses.
- Data analysis and processing for ESG/non-financial reporting, including participation in the creation of ESG reports.
- Creation and maintenance of process and control documentation for ESG reporting.
- Support in the preparation of audit documentation.
- Cooperation on the creation and implementation of sustainability strategies.
- Cooperation on the calculation and analysis of the company's carbon footprint, including the identification of opportunities for its reduction.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure a unified approach to ESG including external consulting company.
- ESG Rating: leading the preparation of the group for the relevant ESG ratings.
Your Profile:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (CSR or sustainability specialist or experience in reporting, sustainability consulting, etc.).
- Interest in sustainability issues and basic knowledge of ESG.
- University degree.
- Proven experience in ESG reporting min 1 year.
- Willingness to learn, result oriented, proactivity.
- Responsible and independent.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex ESG data and indicators.
- Experience in data analysis and data quality, validation, and data management.
- Experience in preparing clear outputs based on large data sets.
- English is a must, advanced level.
- German – a big advantage.
- Willingness to travel.
- Driving licence - Active driver.
