As a HVAC Business Intelligence Analyst for Building Energy Solutions, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting business analysis, primarily identifying the needs of internal clients and mapping them to available data.
- Preparing, creating, and managing data models, data warehouses, and data marketplaces.
- Designing HVAC solutions and developing business and technical specifications for tables and metrics. You will be involved in analyzing selected business requirements, based on which you will subsequently create reports and dashboards for end users.
- Preparing and maintaining databases and other supporting data files for reporting. You will actively seek out and analyze new business opportunities to meet the needs of internal clients.
- Modeling and creating reports.
- Presenting analyses and developed management solutions and validating results.
- Ensuring consistency of reported data within Elevion companies.
- Analyzing new business opportunities on an ad hoc basis.
- Supporting the creation of strategy papers, including market entry strategies.
What do we expect from you?
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
- Skills in project management and costs monitoring.
- Experience with the implementation of technical projects.
- Experience in drafting project documentation and its progress.
- Knowledge of building/project sites and servicing.
- Good command of both English & German at a professional level.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, including the preparation of materials for the management board.
Preferred Requirements:
- International experience based in Germany is strongly preferred.
- University degree in a technical field.
- Experience with project management in the manufacturing, civil engineering or HVAC industries.
- Knowledge of corporate processes is welcome.
- Type B driver's license & willigness to travel.
- Proficiency in the Czech language.
