Due to our recent strong growth path, we are currently looking for a Senior Manager in the Building Energy Solutions Department who would coordinate group companies’ activities, help to develop business in group companies, support the subsidiaries´management in various tasks related to corporate matters, increase revenue/profitability of group companies projects by business development activities and contribute to cross selling between companies and countries as well.
The candidate will report directly to the Head of Building Energy Solutions.
Industry: Electrical, Mechanical installation (HVAC), Low and high voltage, Combined Heat and Power, Energy Performance Contracting, Heating, Ventilation, District Heating small units installations, Hard Facility Management of Building, Building automation solutions, T&T Solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience with implementation of technical projects, on building/project site and servicing, installation company, project management, project cost monitoring
- Experience in drafting of project documentation, negotiations with general contractors and/or B2B large customers
- Experience in execution of executive management positions preferred but not a must (e.g. member of BoD, Supervisory Board)
- Work experience in Germany, Poland and/or Italy
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, including preparation of management board materials
- Knowledge of corporate processes highly welcomed
- Knowledge of foreign company cultures (Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, Italy)
- Language Skills : Czech, English (C1), German (C1), Polish
