SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - Building Energy Solutions

Join our team at Elevion Group BV, based in Prague, and play a key role in our Building Energy Solutions Department.

As a Senior Project Manager - Building Energy Solutions, you will be responsible for:

Designing HVAC solutions, developing, analyzing and monitoring projects of operating companies
Coordination of intergroup projects and their development
Conducting business analysis, primarily identifying the needs of internal clients and mapping them to available data.
You will be involved in analyzing selected business requirements, based on which you will subsequently create reports and dashboards for end users.
Preparing and maintaining databases and other supporting data files for reporting. You will actively seek out and analyze new business opportunities to meet the needs of internal clients.
Modeling and creating reports.
Analyzing new business opportunities on an ad hoc basis.
Supporting the creation of strategy papers, including market entry strategies.

What do we expect from you?

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• Skills in project management and costs monitoring.
• Experience with the implementation of technical projects.
• Experience in drafting project documentation and its progress.
• Knowledge of building/project sites and servicing.
• Fluent in English & German
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, including the preparation of materials for the management board.

Preffered Requirements:

• University degree in a technical field.
• Experience with project management in the manufacturing, civil engineering or HVAC industries.
• Knowledge of corporate processes is welcome.
• Type B driver's license & willigness to travel.
