To expand our business, we are searching for Senior Strategy Manager focused on M&A. Your key responsibilities will be leading M&A processes and participating in negotiations with owners and CEOs of foreign companies.
Key responsibilities:
- Creating strategies and analysis based on real data from companies together with data from markets with support of data from external advisors.
- Coordinate internal teams and external advisors in an acquisition process.
- Review of due diligence reports.
- Develop business in group companies, increase revenue/profitability of group companies projects by business development activities.
- Formulate trends and model scenarios for the future development of the energy industry, then identify impacts and specific business opportunities for the Elevion group.
- Monitoring trends and new directions in the field of energy and their transfer to Elevion Group.
- Leading negotiations with external stakeholders, search and development of new opportunities on the market.
- Contemplate non-binding and binding offers in M&A process.
- Preparation of non-binding offers, binding offers, help to prepare materials for approval of Management Boards and Supervisory Boards.
What do we expect from you?
- Previous relevant experience in Strategy/M&A or management consultancy min. of 4 years.
- Previous relevant working experience in international environment min. 2 years.
- University of Economics or Technical orientation.
- Experienced in negotiation with EU area Clients (as advantage).
- Full Fluent Czech, English, (German or other language is advantage) is total must have.
- General knowledge of energy sector and basic financials of companies.
- Knowledge of various financial structures.
- Active car driver - willingness to travel.
- Ability to work independently and make independent decisions through detailed analysis and review Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Very good time-management skills, decision making ability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative problem solving.
