The role holder will work alongside the overall organisation (cross E.ON group) providing framework, processes and coordination support for SIAM and ITIL adoption. Will interact with IT departments within EDT and BITs or business units to address improvements, optimisation and automation to support service performance and process adoption. The holder of the position will liaise with service owners and service providers delivering changes to live services, providing advice and guidance on deliverables required, engagement processes and policies and the general Service Transition process.

In this role you will

  • ensure successful interaction between the in scope SIAM process areas within the Service Integration across multiple European services.
  • identify potential process improvements related to the interaction with the decentralized/centralized IT departments and coordinate those improvements.
  • develop and support the framework for integrating other or new IT departments of business units into the in scope E.ON IT process framework.
  • be responsible for process documentation.
  • be supporting the operational process escalations and queries.
  • collaborate with other process or practice leads to address dependencies, risks, optimisations, and automation (primarily focused on Access Mgmt. & Change Mgmt., etc).
  • be an active part of the international team and contribute to knowledge sharing and team bonding.
  • need to understand Supplier Mgmt.
  • support the E2E decommission process and cooperate with external provider.

What we expect from you?

You don't have to be Superman but there are a few qualities / knowledge we need from you ...

  • knowledge and experience of ITIL Service Management Lifecycle and processes,
  • analytical skills – requires tenacity, influencing and the ability to lead multi skilled groups of individuals, and at different working levels
  • experience of influencing people across diverse organisations and cultures
  • communication skills and proven experience in influencing stakeholders
  • knowledge of Outsourcing / Global Delivery methodologies
  • ITIL certified

It will also be great if you have/know…

  • agile change and service delivery practices
  • DevOps philosophy, practices and tooling
  • business Services approach, definition and operation
  • knowledge and experience of managing Suppliers, driving high performance delivery
  • proven track record in managing and implementing Service Performance Processes
  • knowledge of Agile Methodologies
