Unconventional sources of electrical energy – 46th NZEE conference in Czechia

We would like to invite you to the 46th edition of the traditional scientific and technical conference NZEE – Unconventional Sources of Electrical Energy. The event is organised by the Central Specialist Group for Chemical Sources of Electrical Energy of the Czech Electrical Society, z.s., in cooperation with the Institute of Electrical Technology at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Communication of Brno University of Technology.
The NZEE conference offers professionals and the wider public a unique opportunity to gain up-to-date information on electrical engineering, energy and energy storage. For companies, it provides a valuable opportunity to find inspiration, gain technological know-how and establish new contacts in research and development. It also offers the chance to connect with talented job candidates.
This year’s edition will once again take place in South Moravia, specifically from 2–4 June 2025 at the Hotel SAVANNAH in Hatě near Znojmo.

Key issues to be discussed include reducing emissions, the electrification of transport and the optimal use of energy from renewable sources. A significant part of the programme will focus on electricity storage and battery storage systems, which play a key role in the effective use of renewable sources.
The main themes of the NZEE conference are:
- renewable energy sources, photovoltaics, wind and hydropower plants
- energy storage, batteries and battery storage systems
