Due to our recent strong growth path, we are currently looking for a Manager in the Building Energy Solutions Department who would coordinate group companies’ activities, help to develop business in group companies, support the subsidiaries´management in various tasks related to corporate matters, increase revenue/profitability of group companies projects by business development activities and contribute to cross selling between companies and countries as well. The ideal candidate we are looking for should have real experience of working abroad and should be willing to travel.
Place of work is Prague. The candidate will report directly to the Head of Building Energy Solutions.
Industry: Electrical, Mechanical installation (HVAC), Low and high voltage, Combined Heat and Power, Energy Performance Contracting, Heating, Ventilation, District Heating small units installations, Hard Facility Management of Building, Building automation solutions, T&T Solutions.
Skills you need to have

Minimum 4 years of experience with implementation of technical projects, on building/project site and servicing, installation company, project management, project cost monitoring.

Experience in drafting of project documentation, negotiations with general contractors and/or B2B large customers.

Work experience in Germany and/or Poland is necessary.

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, including preparation of management board materials.

Knowledge of corporate processes highly welcomed.

Knowledge of foreign company cultures (Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, Italy).

Language Skills : Czech, English (C1), German (C1), Polish.
