Invitation to the 45th edition of the Czech conference on unconventional sources of electrical energy – NZEE 2023

As in previous years, we would like to invite you to the 45th edition of NZEE, the popular science and technology conference on unconventional sources of electrical energy. NZEE offers a unique opportunity for both academic audiences and the general public to learn about the latest developments in electrical engineering, energy and energy storage. For companies, the conference offers a chance to gain inspiration and technological know-how, as well as to make new contacts in research and development or reach out to potential job candidates.

This year’s conference will once again take place in South Moravia, from 24 to 26 June 2024, at the Hotel SAVANNAH in Hatě near Znojmo.

The conference covers current trends in renewable energy and zero-emission power. It features extensive discussion of current topics related to emissions reduction in the context of renewable energy and transport electrification. The optimal use of energy produced from renewable sources is closely linked to energy storage. For this reason, a significant part of the conference is devoted to electricity storage and battery storage systems.

The conference’s main topics include:

  • renewable energy sources, photovoltaics, wind and hydropower plants
  • energy storage, batteries and battery storage systems
  • fuel cells and hydrogen systems
  • electromobility and transport electrification

Contributions on related and associated topics are also welcome.

The conference’s main partners are car manufacturer Škoda Auto, ČEZ, a.s., a producer and supplier of electricity, laboratory equipment supplier Pragolab, and the Czech Photovoltaic Association (ČFA).

Registration, the programme and conference topics are available at NZEE.CZ.
