Application Lifecycle Manager

In this role you will have the following responsibilities:

Own and manage workplace platform applications used across the E.ON Group

• Define and align application strategy with business and IT objectives.
• Oversee the full application lifecycle: onboarding, deployment, updates, and retirement.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards.
• Support integration and migration projects across the application ecosystem.
• Monitor application performance, usage, and user satisfaction.
• Drive adoption and change management initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation and training materials for end users.
• Report regularly on application status, KPIs, and improvement opportunities.

What we need from you:

• bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field alternatively profound track record in the targeted field 
• strong expertise in enterprise workplace applications and platform ownership
• proven experience in application lifecycle management and stakeholder coordination
• familiarity with IT strategy, governance, and compliance frameworks
• experience in application delivery, deployment, and integration
• solid understanding of service management and user adoption practices
• strong understanding and experience in Microsoft Intune (and other Microsoft technology stacks)
• excellent communication and documentation skills
• full proficiency in English
• german language is a plus
