About the Role

As a Platform Administrator (m/f/d) for E.ON's Remote and Elevated Access Platforms, you will play a central role in the technical administration, operation, and further development of two key security and access platforms across the entire group.

You will work closely with Product Owners, IT Security, Compliance, and Engineering teams to ensure a secure, automated, and scalable access infrastructure. Your focus will be hands-on administration, automation, integration, and lifecycle support – not product ownership or stakeholder management.

In this role you will have the following responsibilities:

• Day-to-day technical administration and operation of the Remote Access Platform (e.g., TeamViewer Tensor Pro) and the Elevated Rights Platform (e.g., BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management)
• Integration, configuration, and continuous improvement of TeamViewer Tensor Pro including central policy management for managed and unmanaged devices
• Business Support for the installation of managed TeamViewer clients
• Requirement Gathering for the onboarding of new TeamViewer User Groups
• Administration and technical advancement of BeyondTrust PAM, including role definitions, vaulting, access controls, and audit features
• Implementation and support of automated lifecycle processes for Remote and Elevated Access via ServiceNow workflows and Workato orchestration
• Development of PowerShell scripts and API integrations to automate tasks and connect systems
• Building dashboards and operational insights using Power BI
• Ensuring the secure, compliant, and policy-aligned operation of access services in coordination with IT Security and Data Privacy
• Supporting platform-related processes in IAM systems, CMDB, Microsoft Entra, ServiceNow, Power Automate, and other adjacent environments
• Collaborating with architects and developers to ensure architectural alignment and technical feasibility
• Troubleshooting, maintenance, updates, and incident support for access systems

What we need from you:

• Strong hands-on experience with TeamViewer Tensor Pro (or similar remote access solutions) and its enterprise administration features
• In-depth knowledge of BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management or comparable PAM tools
• Proven skills in PowerShell scripting, REST API integrations, and task automation
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, including request workflows and approval chains
• Working knowledge of IAM systems, Microsoft Entra, Power BI, and Power Automate
• Solid understanding of access control, admin rights governance, and security compliance
• Structured and independent working style, high reliability and problem-solving mindset
• proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Good German skills are beneficial
