Join our team at Elevion Group BV, based in Prague, and play a key role in our Corporate Governance & Compliance team.

As a Corporate Governance & Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Drafting, revising, and administering minutes of general and supervisory board meetings, as well as decisions and resolutions of the company’s bodies.
  • Revising and creating internal regulations, providing training, and fostering the overall development of the compliance culture.
  • Participating in significant projects in the areas of compliance and governance within the Group.
  • Identifying compliance risks and monitoring risk exposure.
  • Assessing various risks related to licenses and regulatory requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining effective KYC and AML internal processes.
  • Conducting internal compliance audits and risk assessments.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide compliance and governance guidance.
  • Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day administration of all companies.
  • Addressing any additional matters related to governance and compliance assistance for the companies.
  • Reporting compliance-related issues to senior management.
  • Participating in the development and delivery of compliance training programs.

What do we expect from you?

Basic Requirements:

  • Graduate or in the final year of master’s law study program.
  • Knowledge of governance and corporate law (EU, Czech, German).
  • Collaborative, growth-minded colleague who is able to get their “hands dirty” and assist with a variety of tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Willigness to travel.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience on a similar position or within legal services, preferably in a multinational corporate environment.
  • Experience in a compliance or governance role in the Energy sector is an advantage.
  • German language skills preferred.
