Group Sustainability Manager

Elevion Group is a leading 360° technology and energy service provider specializing in integrated energy services. With a strong focus on sustainability, CO2 reduction, and energy efficiency, we are looking for a passionate Group Sustainability Manager to drive our sustainability and decarbonization strategy across the Group.
What will you do?
- Set up and develop the Group’s sustainability and decarbonization strategy, including defining and implementing short-, mid-, and long-term ESG goals and KPIs.
- Support the ESG reporting team in gathering, analyzing, and ensuring the quality of ESG-related data from multiple entities within the Group.
- Coordinate the preparation of ESG reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Lead the improvement of ESG ratings (e.g., EcoVadis) and implement processes to achieve the best possible results.
- Create and maintain process and control documentation for ESG reporting.
- Collaborate on the calculation and analysis of the company’s carbon footprint and identify opportunities for its reduction.
- Communicate ESG achievements, goals, and progress through web, intranet, and social media channels.
- Support subsidiaries in responding to ESG-related requests from customers and partners.
- Contribute to Double Materiality Analysis and integrate ESG risks into group risk management and financial risk models.
- Cooperate with internal and external teams to ensure a unified approach to ESG.
What do we expect from you?
- University degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (CSR or sustainability specialist, reporting, sustainability consulting, etc.).
- Strong understanding of sustainability issues and professional knowledge of ESG topics.
- Proven experience in ESG reporting (at least 1 year).
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex ESG data and indicators.
- Experience with data analysis, validation, and management of large data sets.
- Fluent English (advanced level, both written and spoken).
- Active driving license.
- Advantage: German language skills.
