Risk Mitigation Officer

Elevion Group, a member of the ČEZ Group, is a leading provider of integrated energy and technological solutions across Europe. To support our growing organisation, we are looking for a proactive and analytical Risk Mitigation Officer who will help strengthen risk management, compliance and internal governance processes across the Group.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior management, subsidiary companies, auditors and ČEZ stakeholders while gaining exposure to a broad range of business activities across an international environment.

What will you do?

• Participate in post-acquisition internal audits across Europe.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and analyses for Group management and other stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate Group-wide risk management activities.
• Monitor implementation of risk mitigation measures and corrective action plans.
• Conduct risk assessments and support identification of key business, operational and compliance risks.
• Cooperate with internal and external auditors, including ČEZ Group representatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of governance, risk management and compliance processes.

What do we expect from you?

• University degree in Finance, Auditing, Legal, or a Business-related field (suitable for university graduates).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail combined with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel; driving licence B.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Other language skills are an advantage (especially German, Italian, Spanish, Polish).
