Risk Mitigation Specialist

Elevion Group is a leading provider of integrated energy services and technologies, committed to excellence in governance, risk management, and compliance. We are seeking a proactive Risk Mitigation Specialist to help us strengthen our internal processes and ensure compliance across the Group.

What will you do?

• Participate in internal audits for group entities.
• Ensure compliance of operations with group standards and internal regulations.
• Monitor and assess adherence to internal/group rules and policies, identify areas for improvement, and support corrective action initiatives.
• Support identification of inefficiencies or control weaknesses and recommend enhancements to strengthen compliance and reduce risk.
• Conduct internal healthchecks of group entities.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of risk management practices.
• Perform risk assessments, monitor and evaluate their impact on group operations.
• Track and report on the status of corrective action plans related to identified risks within the group.
• Communicate effectively within the Company’s subsidiaries to achieve Group objectives.
• Participate in special projects and work in teams as required.

What do we expect from you?

• Degree in Finance, Auditing, Legal, or a Business-related field.
• Position is suitable for university graduates.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Hands-on approach and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel; driving licence B.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and strong awareness of data protection and information security requirements.
• Other European languages are an advantage (especially German, Italian, Spanish, Polish).
