Main areas of responsibilities:

Ideal candidate is senior executive with proven record of board memberships in EU countries.

Major activity of this role is performed in Germany, Netherlands, Italy and Poland with smaller Romania presence.

Industries (Energy Services): Photovoltaics, Electrical, Mechanical Installation, Low voltage, Combined Heat and Power, Energy Performance Contracting, Photovoltaics Solutions, Heating, Ventilation, Air-conditioning, District Heating small unit installations, Hard Facility Management of Buildings, Factories and Business Areas.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in similar position
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with implementation of technical projects on building/project site
  • Excellent project management
  • Cost monitoring of projects
  • Minumum 5 years of experience in negotiating with EU area senior executives/clients
  • Proven board membership in companies of similar nature (5 years minimum)
  • Experience in Energy Systems, Photovoltaics / HVAC / Energy Efficiency / Energy performance; drafting of project documentation; negotiation with B2B large customers or general contractors; ideally in German companies, or Czech companies with German links (advatageous)
  • Proven record in managing subsidiaries and divisions
  • Willingness to travel - position including 60% traveling (Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Poland).
  • Fluency in Czech and English - essential & must have (reading, writing technical documentation and speaking)
  • German or other languages is considered as advantage
