Subject Matter Expert for Collaboration Solutions

In this role you will

• Support the Service Owner in the management, planning, development, delivery of unified communication and collaboration services that meet the needs of the business.
• Prepare new or changed services, manage the change process and maintain regulatory, legal standards. Develop ongoing service improvement plans.
• Ensure utilization of existing service framework including all relevant service design information.
• Support service lifecycle management in alignment with IT strategy, IT architecture roadmaps, service lifecycle maps and continuous improvement.
• Analyze market offerings, track and evaluate technology trends
• Maintaining the solution portfolio for all Unified Communication and Collaboration services in coordination with the service owner
• Ensure that agreed service levels and all relevant processes are met.
• Deliver appropriate reports to specialists, users and managers
• Plan and manage risks from planned service changes.
• Assist in developing appropriate actions to anticipate, investigate and resolve service faults and issues - process and technical.
• Coordinate and implement agreed upon remedial and precautionary actions.
• Analyze and test patterns and trends.
• Manage suppliers and providers who provide services in the Unified Communication environment on behalf of EON Digital Technology GmbH
• Participate in status and management meetings according to the governance structure agreed with the service providers.

What we need from you

You don't have to be Superman but there are a few qualities / knowledge we need from you ...

• university degree in computer science, business informatics or comparabůe
• several years of professional and practical experience (international) in the areas of audio & video conferencing, fixed network and mobile Voice Services, Messaging Services and other Collaboration Services
• extensive experience in service delivery is a prerequisite
• in-depth expertise in the Unified Communication environment (Knowledge to perform O365 administrative tasks in the collaboration/voice area) is an advantage
• experience with Video Conference devices and collaboration boards (e.g. CISCO/Poly/Surface Hub) is advantageous
• very good knowledge of ITIL (V3 certification desirable). Experience in Quality, Risk Management and Service Delivery/Transformation is desirable.
• experience in SCRUM or other agile project management methodologies is desirable.
• high affinity for project management and experience in leading international programs.
• experience in project management in international projects is an advantage
• good analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking
• ability and willingness to act independently and on your own responsibility
• you have a high level of motivation
• you are creative, open-minded and like to take the initiative to get tasks done
• you speak very good English, another European language (e.g. German) and are willing to work in an international team
• you are willing to travel and work in an international environment
