You will be responsible for
- development of Risk Control Elements, Prevention Standards and Process Safety procedures,
- providing assurance that process engineering standards and procedures are met during the development, design, and construction phases of a project and improved upon as necessary,
- providing expertize for risk management via possible adeguate qualitative and quantitative Process Hazard Analysis using techniques such as HAZOP, What if, etc,
- ensuring adequate Management of Change from process safety risks point of view,
- facilitation and coordination on Incident Investigations and defining criteria for correct process safety incidents classification,
- providing expert position for development of action plans to close identified Process Safety gaps,
- defining Safety Criteria for Contractor Pre-qualification as well as auditing process,
- defining criteria for efficient Process Safety Training system.
The ideal candidate for this position will have
- a strong knowledge of the technical support, flammable or explosive substances operations and safety equipment,
- an experience in (ideally) combination of technical, health and safety and/process safety,
- an experience in leading risk assessments (quantified, qualitative),
- an experience in providing training on safety matters,
- strong analytical skills. Ability to work with data, define analytical models and scenarios and interpret results. Ability to understand complex problems,
- a fluency in written & spoken English and Czech,
- an education focused on Engineering / Safety Engineering,
- a driving licence.
